Structural Features
After Screening, when the materials pass through magnetic area, the non-magnetic material will be transferred to tailings field directly. The thinner size sand was transferred to roll surface, which has high-magnetism; the higher qualitative iron sand was absorbed on the surface and transferred to belt at the bottom by revolving roll, and the high qualitative iron sand will be transferred to concentrate area.
Installation 1. Series MZ Permanent Magnetic roller should avoid striking during the transportation in case of magnetic field damaged. 2. Before the equipment is used, adjusting the lifting tight-wire to the top of inner bearing between two tilting fillet; then, taking the equipment to specific place by crane or electric black. 3. The equipment should be installed horizontally, center of the two tilting fillet should at the same level; the allowable error is no more than 0.03 meters per meter. 4. After installation, screwing the roller manually, and roller should be screwed smoothly. |
